Capable of speeds that can top out at up to 25 km/h (combined with a coil over shock suspension system that keeps you nice and comfortable – not to mention safe – at these high-end speeds), the Velocity Plus mowing deck operates in perfect sync to guarantee you get the efficient, clean cuts you’ve always gotten from SCAG zero turn mowers in the past.

Two different speed settings (low range and high range, offering up to 19 km/h and up to 25 km/h respectively) allow you to decide whether or not you want to zoom through larger lawns or take your time and get a little bit better fuel efficiency along the way. You’re always in complete control when it comes to the Cheetah.

A 61 inch mower deck is going to make quick work of lawns no matter how fast you’re going, and you’ll still get the kind of zero turn capabilities you’d expect from this company. The envy of the industry, Velocity Plus™ decks deliver an amazing quality-of-cut and a wide, even discharge. This deck is equipped with Scag’s ultra-tough cast-iron spindles featuring tapered roller bearings and a top-mounted grease fitting with a relief valve to prevent over-greasing.

STRONG, ADJUSTABLE CLUTCH FOR LONG LIFE

The Ogura GT5 PTO Clutch Brake provides excellent starting and stopping power for the cutter deck, 350 ft. lb. of holding strength, and an adjustable air gap for long life.

The Cheetah II™ is ultra-strong and built for long life. It has a wide mower stance and extra-low center of gravity for ultimate stability and a replaceable front caster-wheel weldment.

SPEEDS UP TO 16 MPH!

Two-speed ZT-5400 transaxle lets you choose either Low Range to travel up to 12 mph or High Range for up to 16 mph. Internal 16 cc pumps and 21 cc motors help provide speed, power and torque. The transaxle’s design greatly reduces hoses and possible leak points.
